Dorothy Lee Kramer - Obituary

orothy "Dottie" Lee Kramer, 84, of Owens Cross Roads, Alabama and formerly of Bowie, Maryland died peacefully on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, AL. Dottie was born June 7, 1932 in Cincinnati Ohio, to the late Norman and Roxie May. She loved to travel, go to casinos, play trivia and games of all kinds. She loved reading, knitting and baking. She adored her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and loved spending time with her family. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her beloved husband of 49 years, George P Kramer,Jr.; son in-law, Ronnie Solomon; sister, Katherine Lockwood and great grandson, Clark Goins. Dottie is survived by her children, Deborah Solomon, Julie Helton and Kimberly (Chris) Goins of Huntsville Alabama, Karen Brennan of Arnold, Maryland and Mark Kramer of Edgewater Maryland; nine grandchildren, Jessica, Joey, Kelly, Kyle, Travis, Blake, Randy, Mason and Dalton; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Lillian (George) Schrieber of Florida and Norma Jean (Tom) Niinemets of Ohio. Friends are invited to celebrate Dottie's life on Monday, February 20 from 5-7pm at the George P.
