Dorothy McLean - Obituary

orothy “Dotty” Lee McLean (Goetz), 81, a resident of Annapolis, MD and previously of Lothian, MD died on January 1, 2012 at Spa Creek Rehabilitation Center in Annapolis, MD. Born May 14, 1930 at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC, to the late Hugo and Bertha Lee Goetz, she graduated from Anna Lalor Burdick Vocational High School in Washington, DC in 1949. Dotty served in the United States Army from 1950-59. She was employed for Prince George’s County Schools for over 20 years. Dotty was a member of the Boston Terrier Club of Maryland. She enjoyed showing and breeding her beloved Boston Terriers and she loved her dogs. She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley McLean. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 1pm at Lakemont Memorial Gardens, 900 W. Central Avenue, Davidsonville, MD. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland, Heaver Plaza, 1301 York Rd., Suite 404, Lutherville, MD 21093.
