He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Rochelle Parks Keen, three sons, William Edward (Paula) of Annapolis, MD, Matthew (Lisa) of Lusby, MD and Jesse (Sue) of Edgewater, MD; one daughter Kelley Keen also of Edgewater; one brother, C. Ashby (Agnes) of Harwood, MD; two sisters, Linda Pardue of North Carolina and Viola (Bill) Lohrberg of Michigan; and his brother-in-law, Harry (Lynda) Parks who introduced Eddie and Rochelle and remained close, like a brother, to Eddie throughout his life. Eddie is also survived by four grandsons, Christopher (Lori), Jonathan, Scott (Lanay) and Christian (Julieanna); eight granddaughters, Crystal (Matt), Jennifer (Josh), Mariah (Evan), Kayla (Otto), Seana (Alex), Jessica (Anthony), Laura, and Kristen (Caleb); and 20 great-grandchildren.
