dward A. “Allan” Archambo, 75, a 48-year resident of Galesville, MD and previously of Selby passed away on December 17, 2024 in Washington, DC due to heart failure. Born on July 16, 1949 in Washington, DC to the late Virginia and James Archambo, Allan graduated from High Point High School in Prince George’s County before establishing his career as a sheet metal mechanic and project manager. Allan was a member and trustee of Chesapeake Christian Fellowship (CCF) in Davidsonville, MD. He enjoyed playing corn hole, going bowling and fishing, and most of all, spending lots of quality time with his family and friends. He was an excellent craftsman and coach. In addition to his parents, Allan was preceded in death by his sister, Karen McLaughlin. He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 and a half years, Linda Archambo; his loving daughters, Kelly Henderson of Arnold, MD, Brandy Whitman of Galesville, MD, and Becky Brothers of Elkridge, MD; his grandsons, Brad and Andrew Henderson, Jake and Jeremy Brothers, and Cody Whitman; his granddaughters, Alli Henderson, Morgan and Paige Whitman, and Samantha Brothers; his great-grandson, Reed Dunkerly; and his sister, Pam Moore of Hawaii. Friends and family are invited to a service to honor and celebrate Allan’s life on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 6 pm at Chesapeake Christian Fellowship, 377 W Central Ave, Davidsonville, MD 21035. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SPCA of Anne Arundel County, (via mail: 1815 Bay Ridge Ave, Annapolis, MD 21043 or online here).
