Edward Fuller - Obituary

dward Leroy Fuller, 83, a 32-year resident of Mayo, MD died of natural causes on May 29, 2010 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. Born June 20, 1926 in Portland, Oregon, he owned and operated Elrich Contracting, Inc. for 35 years. Edward served in the United States Navy during WWII in the South Pacific on the repair ship USS Ajax. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and the Maryland Saltwater Sportfishermen's Association (MSSA). Edward loved fishing, carpentry projects and sharing his talents with others. He was the beloved husband of Anna Fuller; father of Richard (Rita) Fuller of Fairfax, VA, Edward (Sharon) Fuller of Catonsville, MD and Judy Albert of Timonium, MD; brother of Betty Nelsen of Eureka, CA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be offered on Thursday, June 3 at 2:00 P.M. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 515 Loch Haven Road, Edgewater, MD. Interment private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the SPCA of Anne Arundel County, P.O. Box 3471, Annapolis, MD 21403.
