Edward Oliver - Obituary

n Wednesday, April 7, 2010, a World War II veteran who was awarded a Purple Heart for wounds received in action, died peacefully at his home in Forestville, MD. The beloved husband of Mary L. Oliver; father of Christina Oliver; step-father of Judy (Michael) Gilson and John (Judi Wills) Hayden. He is also survived by four other step-children, 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 16 at 3:00PM at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery Chapel, Cheltenham, MD.
