Elwood Lee - Obituary

bituary Elwood Eugene Lee, Jr., passed away on September 15, 2014; he was born June 19, 1953 to the late Elwood Eugene Lee, Sr. and the late Anna Mae Costley. Elwood was a wonderful loving man who enjoyed life and took care of his family. He was a hard working man at Maryland State Highway, where he made many friends over the years. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to all that he encountered, and never expected anything in return. He enjoyed music, Motown was his favorite. He liked to sing and dance and be the life of the party. He loved cars, cooking out and watching the Baltimore Ravens which was his favorite team. Being with his family meant everything to him. In addition to his mother and father, Elwood was predeceased by his two brothers, Leroy and Howard. Elwood is survived by his wife Melva (Lovey) Lee and her children, that if asked, were his own. Brian (Mr. Man) who he raised as his own, Karan, Tony and Robert. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren Bernard, Portia, Sean, Amanda, Tyler, Brandon and a new great- grandson, Darrell. Elwood is also survived by 3 brothers James (Slimmy), William, Herman (Junior) and one sister Sue. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. A gathering and viewing will be held on Friday, September 19th, 2014 from 4pm until time of services at 6pm.
