n Wednesday, January 9, 2019 of Oxon Hill, MD. Husband of Cynthia Martin; father of Anthony Martin (Alison), Rita Martin, Elena Pence (Jeff) and Norma DeMatt (Nick); grandfather of Alina Martin (Marc Fuentebella), Alyssa Harry (Andy), Eric DeMatt and fiancé, Jen Hizer, Natalie Girouard (Devon), Collin DeMatt, Nicky DeMatt and Luke DeMatt; great-grandfather of Sean Harry, Brynn Harry, Joshua Fuentebella and Grace Fuentebella; brother of Isabel Balangue, Lydia Maclang, Antonio Martin, Carolina Luarca, Norma Valencerina and Crisostomo Martin. Eric was preceded in death by his parents, Aurelio and Elena Martin and his siblings, Adelaida Melendez and Tedoro Martin. Visitation will be held at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 2315 Brinkley Rd, Fort Washington, MD 20744 on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 p.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 11 am.
