Eugene "Gene" C. Leftwich - Obituary

ugene C. “Gene” Leftwich, age 72 and a longtime resident of Churchton, died at his home on June 7, 2024. Born May 12, 1952 in Riverdale, MD, Gene honorably served his country for two years in the US Army. He was self employed as a carpenter, a member of the Moose Lodge and in his spare time, he enjoyed darts, bluegrass music and playing his guitar. Gene is survived by his wife of 38 years, Pamella Leftwich and his sister, Sandra Huggins of Lothian. He was preceded in death by his parents, William F. and Esther I. Leftwich and his brother, Gerald Leftwich. Family and friends are invited to Gene’s life celebration on Wednesday, June 19 from 5 to 7 PM at the Kalas Funeral Home and Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater.
