n Wednesday, February 20, 2008. The beloved husband of Kathryn L. Halter; father of Jennifer L.(Wayne) Hartman, Michael J. Beard and Christopher L.(Chrissy) Williams; Son of Ralph Haines, Sr.; brother of Ralph Haines, Jr. and Charlene Guida. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren. Friends may call at the GEORGE P. Oxon Hill, Md. on Monday, February 25 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8p.m. Graveside service on Tuesday, February 26 at 12noon at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Hurffville, N.J.
