Flora Belle Hall - Obituary

lora Belle Hall, 101, a resident of Annapolis, MD passed away on June 8, 2018. Born on March 20, 1917 in St. Louis, MO, Flora was the seventh of eight children born to the late Frank and Lillie Waple, Flora was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She worked as an analyst for the U.S. Department of State. Flora enjoyed reading newspapers, playing the slots and following the Washington Nationals. Flora was preceded in death by her loving husband, Leslie John Hall; two children, Warren Edward Hall and Gwendolyn Anne Green and a granddaughter. She is survived by one daughter, Connie Bowles of Annapolis, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to celebrate Flora’s life with her family on Wednesday, June 13 from 10 a.m. until her funeral service begins at 12 noon at the Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater.
