ETRUTSAS FLORENCE D. PETRUTSAS “Yiayia” On Saturday, September 24, 2016. The beloved wife of George Petrutsas; devoted mother of Vanessa Connolly, Beth Fleshman and Dianna Harris; sister of Catherine Kotsis, devoted Yiayia of seven grandchildren passed away peacefully at her home in Ocean City, MD. Friends are invited to celebrate Florence’s life on Thursday, September 29 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD. Funeral service will be held at 11AM on Friday, September 30 at Ss. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 2747 Riva Rd., Annapolis, MD. Interment at St. Demetrios Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Florence’s memory may be made to the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center, 750 East Pratt Street, 17th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202, or hopkinscancerresearch.org.
