ife and Legacy of Florido Sadiua Pe Florido Sadiua Pe was born on March 14, 1933 in Buenavista, Marinduque, Philippines to his parents Pablo Pe and Casiana Sadiua Pe. Pablo Pe was a Chinese immigrant descendent of the Emperor Genghis Khan who became a successful business man, owning and operating a convenience store for the townspeople of Buenavista. Casiana Sadiua Pe was a homemaker and raised Florido along with his five siblings--Casimiro Sadiua Pe, Evangeline Olmedo, Josefina Liao, Sinen Pe-Pimentel and Wilfredo Sadiua Pe. Casiana Sadiua Pe was an heiress of Don Cornelio Sadiua David, who was entitled to land and status by Queen Isabella of Spain. He was also the Director of Battery Technology, responsible for the development and supply of batteries used for NASA's space shuttle programs. Florido was an avid vegetable gardener, fisherman and reader. He also enjoyed shopping, especially at grocery stores and flea markets. Florido was a genuinely great man with a kind heart--honest, humble, generous and upheld the highest values of integrity and preferred simple living. He was philosophical with a brilliant mind, a wise investor, a poet, a staunch conservative and expressed a sharp wit for physics, chemistry, world history, current events and politics. Florido also had a gift for curing the ill and ailing with alternative methods.
