The beloved husband of the late Mary Bastian York; father of Cecelia(Elray) Whitehouse, Patricia (Richard) Moore, Charles (Sherry)York II, Ernest (Marilyn) York and Elizabeth (Gary) Sincavage; grandfather of William Turner, Stephen and Christopher Stanko, Gregory and Lynn Tallant, Floyd III, Lauren , Stephanie and Jessica York, Lance, Kevin, Chera and the late Christle Sincavage; great grandfather of James, Lindsay, Justine, Liane and Tyler; great, great grandfather of Skylar. Family and Friends are invited to Floyd's Life Celebration on Monday, Sept 17 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8p.m. at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd. Oxon Hill, Md. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tues., Sept. 18 at 11:00a.m. from St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 2315 Brinkley Rd. Ft. Washington, Md. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
