rances Elizabeth Bradshaw On Friday, September 7, 2012. Born April 5, 1919 in Lansdowne, MD to the late Raymond and Annie Hibberd. She was beloved wife of the late Donald P. Covington, Sr. and the late Robert R. Bradshaw; devoted mother of Donald P. Covington, Jr., sister of Raymond Hibberd, Edna Mae Klakring and the late Carroll Hibberd and Verna Klakring. Also survived by her four grandchildren, Jill Frick, Guy P. Covington, Brian W. Covington and Donald C. Covington, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren, close nephew James D. Covington, sisters-in-law Ann Barrett and Sue Lang. Friends are invited to Frances’ Life Celebration on Tuesday from 11am until her funeral service begins at 12 noon at the George P.
