rances E. Garner, 91 of Annapolis, Maryland died on Monday, April 29, 2013, at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, Maryland. Born Wednesday, February 8, 1922 in Washington, District of Columbia, she was the daughter of Frank Hoffman and Margaret Plantholt Hoffman. Surviving are daughter, Mrs. Joanne E. Saltzman of Annapolis, MD. A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Friday at George P. Kalas Funeral Home located at 2973 Solomons Island Road Edgewater, Maryland 21037 with the Pastor Christian Hipskey officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial, Annapolis, MD.
