Frances Wilson - Obituary

rances Henry Wilson, 79, a 40-year resident of Davidsonville and previously of Adelphi, died January 28. Born on March 7, 1934 in Front Royal, VA to the late Aubrey and Helen Henry, Frances retired from the National Security Agency after a 38-year career. Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, George R. Wilson who died in September 2012. She is survived by two children, Michael Wilson of Ashburn, VA and Dianna Wilson Smoot of Laurel; three grandchildren, James and Brian Wilson and Cassandra Smoot Menikheim; and four great-grandchildren, Bradley and Chase Menikheim and James and Aurora Wilson. Friends are invited to Frances’ Life Celebration from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 31 at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater where her funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 1. Entombment at Lakemont Memorial Gardens.
