Kelly Richard; brother of Arthur Richard; grandfather of Mary Kate, Matthew and Allison Doherty. Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, December 30 at St. James' Church, 5757 Solomons Island Rd., Lothian, MD. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
