Gail Johns - Obituary

ail Lee Johns, 61, a life-long resident of Edgewater, died March 12 at Anne Arundel Medical Center following a lengthy illness. She was born October 21, 1949 in Baltimore and graduated from Annapolis High School in 1967. She was a government employee for the State of Maryland and an avid Disney fan. She enjoyed yard work and loved spending time with her granddaughter. Gail is survived by son, Albert Johns, III; daughter, Stacey Dove; sister, Barbara Beall; and granddaughter, Taylor, all of Edgewater; two nieces: Sandy Walp and Dawn Pennell of Davidsonville; and nephew, Wayne Beall, Sr. of Mayo. Friends are invited to Gail’s Life Celebration on Wednesday, March 16, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater. Interment private.
