George Norris - Obituary

eorge Bernard Norris, 77, a lifelong resident of the Washington Metropolitan area and specifically of Silver Spring, MD for the past 13 years, passed away on November 22, 2015 at Holy Cross Hospital. Born on July 15, 1938 in Washington, DC to the late William and Helen Norris, George made a career in law enforcement, serving as a Corporal for the Prince George’s County Police Department. George was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria J. Norris. He is survived by his daughter, Rebecca Zaytown of Silver Spring, MD; one sister Dolly Iredale of St Michael, MD; and two grandchildren, Connor and Nora Zaytoun. All funeral services will be private.
