George Roane - Obituary

eorge David Roane, 60, passed away on December 4 at his Colorado residence. Born on March 26, 1953 in Annapolis to Edith Louise and the late Henry Nelson Roane, David graduated from Annapolis High School in 1971 and served in the U.S. Air Force as an operating room technician. He enjoyed playing the piano and cross stitching. In addition to his mother he is survived by his son, Matthew D. Roane; four sisters, Ruth Christine Myer, Mary Carita Hannon and Carol Lynn Tumminello all of Annapolis and Patricia Ann Hannon of Arnold. A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Friday, December 13 at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD.
