Geraldine L. Bonnette - Obituary

eraldine L. Bonnette, 92, of Annapolis, MD and previously a 35-year resident of Holiday, FL, passed away at her home on March 23, 2021, surrounded by her family. Born on October 7, 1928 in Norfolk, VA to the late Claude W. and Jessie F. Whitehurst, Geraldine graduated in 1946 from Kempsville High School in Virginia Beach, VA and retired as a switchboard operator from Bell Telephone. Until last year, when Geraldine moved to Annapolis to be closer to her family, she was a charter member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Holiday. Geraldine is survived by two sons, Richard (Lynda) Bonnette of Annapolis, MD and Rodney (Pamela) Bonnette of Herndon, VA. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Marshall and George Whitehurst. Inurnment will be scheduled in the fall at Meadow Lane Memorial Gardens, New Port Richey, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Daily Bread Ministries, P.O.
