Gladys Hetrick - Obituary

ISHERSVILLE – Gladys Josephine (Taylor) Hetrick, 91, formerly of Friendly, Md., died Tuesday (March 23, 2010) in Shenandoah Nursing Home. Born August 10, 1918 at Silesia, Md., she was a daughter of Andrew Jackson Taylor and Ruth (Willett) Taylor.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ernest Milton Hetrick; and a number of brothers and sisters. She is survived by two sons, Gene E. Hetrick of West Augusta and Leonard Hetrick of Haymarket; two grandchildren, John Hetrick and April DeHanas; and four great-grandchildren, Christopher DeHanas, Amanda DeHanas, Kendra Hetrick and Ashley Hetrick. Friends may call at GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd. Oxon Hill, MD. on Monday, March 29 from 10:00AM until 11:00AM. A graveside service will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland, Md.
