Gladys Kerby - Obituary

n Tuesday, June 7, 2011; the beloved wife of the late Joseph M. Kerby; mother of Carlotta (Vic) Newinski and the late Jerry Maier; grandmother of Carl Wescott, Carol (Steve) Moss, Laura (John) Venezia and Mike (the late Heather) Maier; mother-in-law of Karin Maier. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and was pre-deceased by two brothers and three sisters. Relatives and friends are invited to Mrs. Kerby's Life Celebration at Providence-Ft. Washington United Methodist Church, 10610 Old Fort Rd., Fort Washington, MD on Saturday, June 11 from 10am until time of services at 12noon. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Muscular Dystrophy, Tall Cedars, Foundation, 2609 N. Front St., Harrisburg, PA 17710 or the church.
