lenda Bernice Felmey, 54 , a 20-year resident of Ellicott City, died March 30 at the Mandrin Inpatient Care Center in Harwood after a 10-month battle with cancer. She was born November 8, 1958 in Baltimore to Bonnie Johnson and William Ancell.
Glenda was a realtor at Veterans United Realty. She loved all animals, especially horses, and managed a local Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue affiliate.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Mark Felmey; three daughters, Jamie Jones of Elkridge, and Erin Baker and Lisa Felmey, both of Ellicott City; parents, Bonnie and Zeb Johnson of Harwood and William and Judy Ancell of Baltimore; brother, James Ancell of Edgewater; and three grandchildren, Ethan Baker, Jorden and Makenzie Jones.
Friends are invited to Glenda's funeral service 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 3 at the Cedar Stables Farm, 3501 Cedar Stable Road, Harwood. Interment private.
