Grace Jefferson - Obituary

race Marguerite “ Tikki” Jefferson, 87, a 30-year resident of Crofton, MD and previously of New York, passed away on July 27, 2018 after a long battle with cancer. Born on January 30, 1931 in Annapolis, MD to the late Alfred and Bessie (Popham) Jefferson, Tikki received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland. She worked as an executive secretary for the Deere Publishing Company in New York and Bethany Christian Services in Crofton. Tikki was a former member of St. Anne’s Church in Annapolis and Mount Oak Church in Bowie, MD. She was a woman of faith and enjoyed attending Bible study and spending time in prayer. She also enjoyed photography. Grace is survived by six nieces and nephews, Dawn, Cherri, Ridge, Susan, Gary, Linda and Kathy; and her friend, Jean Fleming.
