Watkins; brother of Billie Gardner; grandfather of Eliza and Joseph Watkins. Friends may call at GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd. Oxon Hill, MD on Sunday, April 18 from 2 to 4PM. Services will be held on Monday, April 19 at 11:00AM at St. Paul's Moravian Church, 8505 Heathermore Blvd. Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. Interment Mt. Comfort Cemetery.
