Fitzwater; mother of John Fitzwater and Karen Monks; sister of Donald Dispanet; grandmother of John Thomas Fitzwater, Katherine and Megan Monks. Services will be held on Friday, April 3, 2009 at 9:30am at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD.
