Hector Gazga Ordonio - Obituary

ector "Pachan" Gazga Ordonio, a 20-year resident of Bowie, MD and previously of San Miguel Tlacamama, Oaxaca, died on Friday, August 30, 2019, at Anne Arundel Medical Center. Born July 6, 1983, in San Miguel Tlacamama, Oaxaca, to Julia Ordonio Mendez and the late Melquiades Gregorio Gazga Ordonio, he graduated from college with a degree in Agricultural Studies. Hector was employed as an Assistant Trainer, Exercise Rider, and Horse Breaker at Laurel Park, Pimlico, and Bowie Training Center. Prior to his career with horses, he worked as a mechanic and cook at several locations. Hector was a member of the Maryland Jockey Club. He enjoyed music, boating, animals, horse riding, fishing, dancing, and spending time with his family and friends. Hector is survived by his wife of five years, Allyson Wiseman; three children, Goyo Gazga Ordonio, Liam Carter, and Adelina Julia Ordonio; and three siblings, Ismael, Milton, and Romina Gazga Ordonio. Friends are invited to celebrate Hector's life on Sunday, September 22, 2019 from 10 am until 9 pm at the Kalas Funeral Home and Crematory, 2973 Solomon's Island Rd., Edgewater, MD.
