Helen A. Davidson - Obituary

elen Andy Davidson, 90, of Annapolis, MD died on Saturday, January 7. Born June 26, 1932 in New Castle, PA to the late Albert and Mary Hasson Andy, Helen graduated from New Castle Senior High School and was employed by the Johnson Bronze Company. This afforded her the opportunity to begin her career in Washington, DC where she worked in the Foreign Services Division for the Federal Government preparing personnel for overseas assignments. Helen is survived by her brother, Howard (Judy) Andy of New Castle, PA and her sister, Mary Costello of Nokomis, FL; her beloved nephews, Dr. Paul (Leeann) and Edward (Molly) Wawrzynski, Carl (Nancy) and Mark (Joyce) Costello; her beloved niece, Megan Andy (Dave) Davies; her brother-in-law, Paul Wawrzynski; her great nieces and nephews, M. Maria, Adam, Abby Lee, Katie Jo, Jacob, Rachel and Meredith Wawrzynski, Mary Elizabeth, Emily and Carl Gilbert Costello and Gaven and Maelan Davies. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Davidson; her sisters, Arlene Andy Monsour and E. Meredith Andy Wawrzynski; her brother-in-law, Carl Costello and her nephews, Abraham Monsour and Joseph Wawrzynski. A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 at 11am at Lakemont Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 900 W. Central Ave., Davidsonville, MD 21035.
