Helen Reger - Obituary

elen A. Reger, 87, a resident of Annapolis for 17 years and previously of Wheaton for 30 years, died of natural causes Feb. 2 at Ginger Cove Health Center. Mrs. Reger was born Dec. 27, 1920 in Philadelphia. She worked as a data entry clerk for the Federal Government when she was younger, but she was a homemaker most of her life. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Davidsonville. Mrs. Reger enjoyed traveling, cooking, baking and socializing with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Reger. Survivors include two sons, Frank J. Reger of Bowie and David W. Reger of Williamsburg, Va.; four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Family and friends may join in the celebration of her life at 11 a.m. Friday at Holy Family Catholic Church, 826 W. Central Ave. in Davidsonville. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 12:30 p.m. Friday at the church. Interment will be in the Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice
