n Friday, February 20, 2015, The beloved daughter of Lori Stanley Herr of Oxon Hill, Maryland and Gary B. Herr Sr. of Meadville, Pennsylvania; sister of the late Gary B. Herr, Jr.; granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Stanley and the late Mr. and Mrs. George Herr; niece of Floyd III, Rachel, Patricia, Richard, Barbara Stanley, Robert, Scott, Marcia Herr and the late Chris Stanley and Trey Herr; cousin of Jennifer and Joshua Stanley, Cory Nichols, Naomi Herr and the late Evan Nichols. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends. Holly’s life Celebration will take place on Friday, February 27th from 3:00pm until time of services at 5:00pm at the GEORGE P.
