oward G. Rogers, 91, passed on Tuesday, July 21 at his home in Annapolis, MD. Born on April 29, 1935 in Galesville, MD to the late Clarence and Grace Rogers, Howard is survived by his beloved wife, Sandra C. Rogers; his children, Melinda (Scott) Posey, Anthony (Sheila) Rogers and Kelli Tyler; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jacquelyn, Jessica, Jamie, Laura, Christina and Nicholas and his great-grandchildren, Tristan, Justin and Paige Elizabeth.
