Irene Haas - Obituary

n Tuesday, July 8, 2014; beloved wife of the late Raymond J. Haas; daughter of the late William and Gundrun Anderson Morehouse; sister of the late William G. Morehouse ; aunt of Mary Jane Morehouse Lever; great-aunt of Stephen T. and William A. Lever; also survived by many cousins who loved and supported her, Mr. Dean Morehouse and family, Mrs. Martha Morehouse Ratcliffe and family, Ms. Nancy Morehouse and family and Mrs. Helen Stout. The family would also like to acknowledge Rev. Franklin Singer and Mr. James Beadles. Mrs. Haas was an avid gardener and loved her dogs Nicole and "Ing". She was a member of Holy Lutheran Comforter Church and volunteered her services there and at Ryland Epworth United Methodist Church. Relatives and friends are invited to Mrs. Haas' Life Celebration on Saturday, July 12 from 12:30pm until time of service at 1pm at KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
