Jaime Galliguez - Obituary

aime B. Galliguez, "Jimmy", 65, a lifelong resident of Accokeek, MD, died on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. He was a Registered Nurse for almost 41years and had worked most of it at the same hospital for almost 37 years. He loved to garden all year round, fish when he could and dance every chance he had. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Lourdes C. Galliguez; a daughter, Joanne Fernandez of Las Vegas, NV; a son, Kevin Galliguez of Las Vegas, NV; a grandson, Quinton Galliguez of Las Vegas, NV and many dear relatives and friends. Family and friends are invited to Jimmy’s Life Celebration on Monday, June 13 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Mass of Christian of Burial will be offered on Tuesday, June 14 at 11am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Piscataway, 13401 Piscataway Rd., Clinton, MD. Interment private.
