ames Everette Call, 63, died on Thursday, June 3 at Mercy Hospital of cancer. He was born in Wilkesboro, NC and moved to Annapolis, MD when he was 18. In Annapolis, James met his future wife, Melissa, and they were together for 43 years. For most of his life James worked in the construction industry. He was a member of the Knights of Pythias in Edgewater, MD. James's favorite thing was being Pop-Pop to his three grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Melissa; his daughter, Tina Sarfaraz of Brookeville, MD; his son-in-law, Bahram Sarfaraz; his three grandchildren, Ryan, Lily and Nicolas Sarfaraz. He is also survived by five brothers and six sisters. Friends are invited to James' Life Celebration at the George Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., where service will be held on Monday, June 7 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Lakemont Memorial Gardens, Davidsonville, MD.
