Relatives and friends are invited to Mr. Cloney's Life Celebration on Wednesday, January 7 from 10:30 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11am at St. Columba Catholic Church, 7800 Livingston Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
