James Lambert - Obituary

n the feast of All Saints Day, Sunday, November 1, 2015, James “Jimbo” Glen Lambert passed away peacefully at the age of 89 at the Saint Jeanne Jugan Residence. Jimbo leaves behind 2 children, Evelyn Teresa Fritz and James Albert Lambert, as well as 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He joins his beloved wife, Elizabeth, as well as his son, Michael David Lambert, in paradise. Please join us in celebrating a Mass of Christian Burial in honor of Jimbo on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 3 PM at The Little Sisters of the Poor Chapel, 4200 Harewood Road, N.E., Washington, DC 20017. The Mass will be said by Fr. Joseph Barr and Fr. Dan Leary. A reception will immediately follow the Mass at the cafe on site. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor.
