n Wednesday, April 6, 2011; the beloved husband of Jewell Ann Simms Mothershed; son of James and Agnes Mothershed; brother of Katherine(David) Marcello, Virginia(Thom)Carlson, Nancy(Kerry) Naiman, Mary Lou and Robert(Hope) Mothershed; son-in-law of David and Margie Simms; brother-in-law of Paul and Priscilla Simms and Richard and the late Lynn Lalka; uncle of Matthew, Michael(Bethany) and Mitchell Marcello, Sam Carlson, Bobby, Kevin and Peggy Mothershed, Marrissa(Stephen)Phipps, Marie(Mikey) Reamore, Mary(Matthew)Baughn, Michelle(Lee) Skaggs and Ann Marie(Andrew) Cianelli; great-uncle of Steven, Jr. and Karin Phipps, Zachary Courtney, Nolan and Carlton Skaggs and Alyssa Cianelli.
