James Sheriff - Obituary

n Wednesday, July 3, 2013; the beloved husband of the late Betty Lou Sheriff; father of James W. "Billy" (Sue) Sheriff, Jr. and Raymond M. (Margie) Sheriff; grandfather of Jessica and Kyle Sheriff. He was a lifetime member of the Oxon Hill Volunteer Fire Department and a veteran of the Korean War. Family and friends are invited to Jim’s Life Celebration on Sunday, July 7 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8p.m. at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD where services will be held on Monday, July 8 at 11a.m. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Charles County, P.O. Box 1015, Waldorf, MD 20604.
