James Walsh - Obituary

ames “Jimmy” Joseph Walsh, 55, a 16-year resident of Lothian died suddenly at his home on Friday, August 5, 2011. Born April 23, 1956 in Annapolis, he was employed as a roofer for L. W. Sheffey Contracting, Inc. Jimmy enjoyed remodeling his home and was an avid landscaper and gardener. He enjoyed spending time with his extended family. He and his wife lovingly cared for numerous dogs over the years. James is survived by his beloved wife, Marcia Niewenhous Walsh, whom he married on September 19, 1992; his parents, Evelyn Walsh of Arnold and Joe Walsh of Florida; one sister, Joann Kane of Palm Bay, FL; one brother, Kenny Walsh of Arnold; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one brother, Timothy Walsh. Friends are invited to Jimmy’s Memorial Service at St. James’ Church, 5757 Solomons Island Road, Lothian, MD on Sunday, August 14 at 1:30pm.
