Fullen, Jr. Novil III, Christopher and Nicholas Fullen; Three daughters-in-law and eight grandchildren Viewing will be held on Thursday, August 4 from 4:30pm until time of service at 5:30 at Ft. Washington Baptist Church, 11516 Fort Washington Rd., Fort Washington MD. Interment will be held on Friday, August 5 at 11am at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham.
