Jeanne Gault - Obituary

eanne Marie Shelton Gault passed away on May 23, 2015 at her home in Oxon Hill, Md. She was born on October 11, 1944 in Washington, DC to John and Louise Shelton. She graduated from Saint Cecilia's Academy. She received her Real Estate Broker's license and succeeded her parents in operating John L. Shelton Real Estate in southeast Washington until the time of her death. The firm was founded by her parents in 1945, and provided many, varied services to local residents over its 70 years in business. She is survived by her son John Wesley Gault, her daughter Patrice Notaro, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters, Mary Bernheisel of Lewes, DE and Lee Tracy of Anaconda, Montana; she was predeceased by her sister Burnita Louise Shelton. A celebration of her life will be held at her home on June 14.
