Jeffrey B. Billings, "Jeff", a 22 year resident of Davidsonville, MD and previously of Crofton, MD for 6 years, died at Anne Arundel Medical Center on Sunday, November 24, 2019.  He was 58.  Born January 8, 1961, in Montgomery, WV, he graduated from Bowie High School and the University of Maryland.  Jeff worked at  R/I Associates-Coakley Williams since the early 80's. He enjoyed computers, reading, photography, tending to his lawn, spending time with his children, and playing with his dogs. Jeff is survived  by his wife of 31 years, Lisa Billings; two children, Ryan and Emily Billings; two siblings, Scott Billings of Ellicott City, MD and Lisa Streckfuss of Herndon, VA; and his beloved boxers, Bella and Zoe. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Jeff's life at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD on Saturday, December 14, 2019, from 1 pm until his memorial service begins at 2 pm.
