effrey Brian Milstead, "Jeff", a lifelong resident of Edgewater, MD died on November 15, 2019, at his home. Born on April 4, 1974, in Silver Spring, MD, he graduated from Atholton High School in Columbia, MD. Jeff was employed as a truck driver and enjoyed drawing and music. He is survived by two children, Nicholas Anthony Cullison of Dundalk, MD and Taylor Madison Cullison of Glen Burnie, MD; his mother, Donna L. Milstead; his father, Charles W. Milstead; and two siblings, John Wesley Milstead of Edgewater, MD and Barbie (Delbert) Stallings of Glen Burnie, MD. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Jeff's life at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD on Thursday, November 21 from 3 to 5 pm.
