Jim M. Bieler, III - Obituary

ames “Jim” Michael Bieler III, also known as “Jimmy,” of Baltimore, MD, passed away on August 31, 2026. He was 30 years old. Jim was born on October 23, 1995, to the late James Bieler, Jr. and Elizabeth Faulkner. He grew up in Edgewater, MD and graduated from South River High School in 2013. He worked at Waste Management for over seven years. In 2012, Jim earned the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts. He also achieved his Triple Crown at Philmont, Northern Tier, and Sea Base. Jim loved cooking, camping, fishing, kickball, volleyball, flag football, concerts, poker, crab feasts, board games, and travel. He completed a half marathon in May 2026. Growing up, Jim rooted for the Denver Broncos and Peyton Manning, but after moving to Baltimore, he switched teams and proudly became a Baltimore Ravens and Orioles fan. He had called Baltimore home for the past seven years. In addition to his mother, Jim is survived by his wife, Stephanie Cupp of Baltimore, MD. The two had gotten married on October 25, 2025. He is also survived by his beloved cats, Ripken and Natty. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Jim’s life on Saturday, September 5 at 1pm at , Adam's Grille & Taphouse 169 Mayo Road, Edgewater, MD 21037.
