n Tuesday, September 7, 2010; the beloved wife of 50 years of William K. Raley; mother of Venita D. Gibson and Gayle Ann Watterson; daughter of the late Gaylord and Thelma Lovvorn; sister of Betty Ann Hartnett and Thelma Gayle Saulter; grandmother of Cynthia Christine, Samantha Jo and Sarah Lynne Watterson. Relatives and friends are invited to Jo Ann's Life Celebration on Friday, September 10 from 2pm until time of service at 3pm at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, Maryland. Interment private.
