John Glover - Obituary

n Thursday, October 10, 2013. John was born on October 3, 1929 in Washington, DC. He served in the US Army, retired from the DC Fire Department and worked as a realtor/appraiser until his death. He was the beloved husband of Rosemarie Glover; father of Glen (Janet), Gregory (Jean), Gene (Kathy) and Gery (Barbara) Glover and Tracey (David) Eberhardt. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and six great- grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to John’s Life Celebration on Monday, October 14 from 5 to 7pm at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD and on Tuesday, October 15 from 10am until Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11am at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church, 5416 Henderson Way, Camp Springs, MD. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake, 445 Defense Hwy., Annapolis, MD 21401
