n Tuesday, February 14, 2017; the beloved son of Ethel L. Kramer and the late Donald Russell Kramer; husband of Cathy Gwynn Kramer; father of Stacey G. and Brian R. Kramer; brother of Sharon K Waddell, Donna M., Carol J. and James D Kramer (Gayle); uncle of Cassandra, Brad and Kelli Waddell, Matthew and Caitlin Kramer. A Memorial Mass will be offered on Friday, March 24, 2017 at 11 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist, 8908 Old Branch Ave., Clinton, MD. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton MD. Memorial Luncheon will immediately follow at 5600 N Marwood Blvd., Upper Marlboro, MD.
