John Arthur McClary - Obituary

ohn Arthur McClary, 86, passed away on October 5, 2026. Born on September 15, 1940 in Baltimore, Maryland, John was the son of the late William McClary and Mildred Rasnick McClary. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and after his military service, John built a career in HVAC ductwork. He loved visiting his family, $3.00 crossword scratch-offs, and playing musical spoons. These simple pleasures were among the things that made him special and brought moments of joy to those around him. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his brothers, Ernest McClary, Robert Lusby, and Donald McClary, and his sister, Dolores Conrad. He is survived by his many nieces and nephews, who will remember him in their own special ways. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery, where John will be laid to rest in recognition of his military service.
